Hat-trick of wins for Letterston rider

By County Echo Reporter in Equine

THERE was excellent support from the Cardigan and north Pembrokeshire area when the Tivyside Hunt returned to Lydstep for their point to point steeplechases, with a good turn out of enthusiasts for a card that produced seven exciting races.

It was very pleasing to see several young jockeys perform exceptionally well, with James Bowen, 16, bringing three winners.

The card concluded with a flat nine furlong pony race featuring two 14 year olds and one 9 year old jockey.
