Ysgol Bro Gwaun would like to extend their sincere thanks to the outgoing head boys and head girl.
Tomos Evans, Tomos Salmon and Lucie MacLeod have been true ambassadors to the school.
They have represented the school in many ways, from laying wreaths at Armistice Sunday, eating lunch with the director of education, planning and delivering whole school assemblies and chairing a variety of school council meetings.
They have also entertained us immensely with their singing, recitals and performances in concerts and drama productions.
Their contributions have been outstanding and the school wish them all the very best in their future lives.
Both Tomos Evans and Tomos Salmon are planning on studying Journalism in university, whilst Lucie is looking forward to studying English at degree level.
Mr John, senior leader, said: “I have been impressed with the commitment shown by all three of the sixth form leadership team this year. They have been dedicated, enthusiastic and totally reliable with all of the tasks they have been given. They have experienced the burden of responsibility and dealt with it in a mature, sensible and composed manner. I am sure they will continue to develop their leadership skills in university and we wish all the very best on their life journeys.”
